Digital Organizational Development
Together, we’ll develop your digital strategy and transform your operations to make them efficient, up-to-date and meet the requirements of BIM regulations and ISO 19650.

A customized development plan for future-proof operations
What does the service include? As part of our digital organizational development process, first, we assess how your company currently operates: what tools you use, how transparent your processes are and where bottlenecks exist.
Then, we’ll create a digital strategy aligned with your company’s long-term vision and the BIM requirements you aim to meet.
The result will be a concrete, modular and company-specific development plan.
We don’t just provide a single tool or template – instead, we help you build a digitalized operational framework that makes your organization more transparent, efficient and competitive in the long term.
How can digital organizational development help?
Noticeable ProgressA well-run modern company
You would like to take part in BIM projects and is it important for your company to operate in a digital and modern way in order to stay competitive.
Regulatory and ISO 19650 Compliance
If you would like to participate in government or multinational development projects where BIM or ISO 19650-based operations are required.
More Effective Teamwork
You want a work environment where your team can collaborate more transparently and smoothly during the busy workdays.
How does the collaboration work?
ProcessEvery company operates differently, so we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. The process below outlines the main steps we take in most collaborations, always tailored to the specific needs of each business.
Comprehensive organizational assessment
01During a comprehensive assessment, we use interviews to understand the company’s processes and conduct in-person meetings to map out its internal operations. We use tests and online surveys to assess employees’ digital maturity and we use a GAP analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
We present the results in a concise, professional presentation on an interactive web interface.

Digital mindset shaping
02During a mindset-shaping session, we’ll showcase the digital and BIM innovations that define today’s digital construction ecosystem, so that we can realistically set the desired goals for the next step.

Digital strategy development
03Based on the assessment, we will collaboratively develop the company’s digital strategy through a “design thinking” workshop.
On this basis, we will create a concrete development plan in which we map out the modules in a phased manner, along with their associated costs and resource requirements.

Implementing digital solutions
04In the implementation phase, you can choose the modules you need from a wide range of options.
The selection includes BIM software templates, BIM manager training, BIM contract templates, marketing materials, as well as, software and soft-skill trainings (e.g.: Archicad, Solibri, project management, Notion, Revit, Grasshopper).

Follow-up and support
05Once the initiatives are completed, we support employees in implementing the new practices and measure the results.
Our goal is to ensure that change leads to measurable business performance improvement – that is what we work for.

BIM: useful today, mandatory tomorrow
INEVITABLE TRANSITIONBIM-based working is already a requirement for most large-scale developments, and the new Public Investment Act is expected to extend this even further. We believe these external factors will inevitably drive the entire construction industry towards digital transformation.
At the same time, we believe this process can deliver real value for businesses, and that embracing it fully is worthwhile, as it can create benefits in other areas as well – for management, employees and partners alike.

Our goal is to advance digitalization across Hungary's construction industry, making it more efficient and more competitive internationally.
